  17. of Someplace for Windows 95, Version 1.00.  This information 
  18. applies to individual users who wish to pass copies out to friends 
  19. and associates.

  22. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should refer 
  23. to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating to them.

  51. evaluation period, without registering the software is a violation

  66. As the copyright holder for Someplace, I authorize distribution 
  67. by individuals only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  70. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should refer 
  71. to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating to them.)

  76. Individuals are hereby granted permission by me to copy the 
  77. Someplace diskette or distribution file for their own use (for 
  78. evaluation purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY 
  79. when the following conditions are met.

  81.     o  The Someplace package - including all related program files 
  82.        and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and 
  83.        must be distributed as a complete package, without 
  84.        exception.

  86.     o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the 
  87.        Someplace package.  A distribution cost may be charged for 
  88.        the cost of the diskette, shipping and handling, as long as 
  89.        the total (per disk) does not exceed US$10.00 in the U.S. 
  90.        and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.

  92.     o  The Someplace package CANNOT be sold as part of some other 
  93.        inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any 
  94.        commercial software packaging offer, without a written 
  95.        agreement from me.

  97.     o  The Someplace package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to 
  98.        others.

  100.     o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  101.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or 
  102.        transfer the licensed program except as provided in this 
  103.        agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in 
  104.        immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  106.     o  U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or 
  107.        disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer software 
  108.        and documentation in this package shall be subject to the 
  109.        restricted rights applicable to commercial computer 
  110.        software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the 
  111.        Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
  112.        252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/
  113.        manufacturer is Granny's Old-Fashioned Software, 
  114.        297 Camp Rock Road, Boone, NC 28607.
